Course fees for 2018-19:
- Part-time £150 (£200 with exam) for 4 weeks or £37.50 (£50 with exam) per week
- Full-time (General) – £170 per week for 1 to 8 weeks / Full-time (Intensive) – £250 per week for 1 to 8 weeks
- Full-time (General) – £165 per week for 9 or more weeks / Full-time (Intensive) – £240 per week for 9 or more weeks
- Full-time (General) – full year of 36 weeks – £5,760 / Full-time (Intensive) – full year of 36 weeks – £8,460
What happens next
After you apply for a course at Bath College, we will send you an offer letter showing the amount of money you need to pay. You must pay a 50% deposit of your tuition fee before you arrive to start your course. You can pay the remaining fees after you arrive and enrol on your course. We will also send information on the methods of payment. These details are also included below.

Using the Pay to Study service, you can pay your fees to Bath College through your local bank, in your home currency. You will be offered a beneficial exchange rate without any bank transfer charges. After you pay, you can track your Pay to Study payments online, 24 hours a day, so you can see when the money has been received by Bath College.

You will need to give your name and your ID number (you can find this on the offer letter). Please have your offer letter ready in case there are any other questions about the course name, fees, start date, etc.

We regret that we can only consider monetary refunds in truly exceptional circumstances. However, we may be able to give you a credit note to use for other courses at the College at a later date. The final decision on whether a refund is allowed will be made by the Finance Director of the College. In the case of visa refusals, the original documents must be sent to the College.
